Uber India — Duplicate taxi charges not refunded

I had taken a trip from Powai, mumbai to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai on 27th December 2021. After completing the trip, I paid the trip with my credit card. The amount got deducted but uber app stilled showed that the payment is pending. Sunce, I had to book another taxi, I tried paying again with paytm. The money got defucted again and this time it got reflected in uber app.
Now this has been 1.5 months but I have not received any refund for the duplicate charges. I have raised complaint to Uber, India more than 4-5 times but they keep giving me an automated response that my money will be refunded in 7-10 days which actually never got refunded.
