Uber India — Excess charge

The driver had collected from me rs 100. Though the bill was 67 rupees
I think under is not supposed to do this kind of thing

I booked uber in visakhapatnam town to drive from tsn colony to seethamma dhara
The drive has charged more than the bill
Though i had given several mail to uber there is no response from them
I have booked today 23.6.17
