Uber India — failure to provide uber cab after confirmation. | |||
To day i. E. On 3rd june 2018, i booked for a uber cab at secunderabad railway Station from flatform 1 side, at 11.25 am to my home, 32 krantiharika apartments, huda complex, saroor nagar. Received a confirmation message for rs 211/-. One mr fahad was the driver and vehicle tata indica. No arrival time was indicated. After 10 minutes when i contacted the driver, the reply was "you can not have access to the number." after waiting for 10 more minutes i made alternate arrangements to reach my destination. Surprisingly i received a message from uber to rate my trip with driver fahad, which i never made. This may pl benoted, and take necessary action against the cab driver who didnt respond.
