Uber India — frequent change in eta and charging cancellation

Several times i have experienced changes in expected time of arrival (Eta) from uber side.in the recent past, i have booked a trip from white field, bangalore to krishnarajapuram, bangalore on 7th october at 4.00 pm (16.00 hrs) i confirmed the trip as the eta was about 14 mnts, later, after 10 mnts, when i was waiting for the cab at the pick-up point, the eta got changed to 18 mnts., since my train depart at 17.25 from krishnarajapuram, i was little upset and called the driver, he in turn said that he is on the way to drop the customer and will reach there in 7-8 mnts, i could see his vehicle was coming towards my pickup area only, after waiting another 10 mmnuits, i again called him and told him that i have to catch the train, that time i could see, he was picking up an another customer and going further and the eta what i could see in my apps was 24 minuets. I called him again but i could not get a responsible answer from him, instead, he cancelled the trip. The uberapps automatically given me an another vehicle no. And eta of another 28 minuets. I was under tremendous pressure and upset as i was getting delayed to reach the railway station, i picked up an auto rickshaw and left for the station. All these activities and uber's system of irresponsibilities took about 45 minuets of my valid time and put me under pressure.
Funny thing again, after all these non-sense from uber's side, i got an information from uber that they are charging rs. 43/- (Fortythree only) as cancellation fee.

This is not the first time uber services mess-up with the services, two days back (15th october, 2015) i booked a cab from shangumugham to kerala police head quarters, vazhuthacaud, my position per uber apps was shangumukham and only the destination i put as hq, keralapolice. The eta was about 12 minutes at that point of time, after 12 minuets driver called me and said he can't come to that area, when i asked him, then why did you accept my request, he was silent. I could see him picking up an another customer from shangumukham and driving away. Later i got a mail that the trip is over and you have charged rs. 69.81, i don't even know who travelled and where, but uber apps shown as i have been travelled.

I'm expecting an explanation and suitable compensations penalty for the negligent action by uber team.

Drive behave rudely and refuse to reach on pick up point we have to pay penalty for cancel the ride even driver ask to cancel drive.poor service ever. Return my penalty amount.I am using uber since last 1 and this is disguisting .You cheat ur user and behave bad even impose penalty on driver’s mistake.
