Uber India — got charged with toll fee while the toll person did not even collect one on two uber trips

On 29th april, we used uber for a trip from thiruvottiyur chennai to guduvancherry chennai and on 30th april we used uber for a return trip - guduvancherry to thiruvottiyur.

Both the trips had toll plazas, but since we had a special permit ticket with us, no toll was paid during the trips. But the uber receipt included a toll fare of rs. 40 and rs. 63 respectively.

Inspite of writing to uber multiple times on this, i have not got a valid answer. It is too to be charged a fee which was not paid at all
