Uber India — I complaining about drivers | |||
I ranjana vaidya would like to submit two incidences happened with your services On diwali first day i. E. 18.10.17 – uber taxi was booked from dahisar e, new ashish to thane, oswal park. The concerned driver did not bother to call us on arrival. It was showing 1 minute as per gps. When we called up he started arguing that he is waiting for more than 5 minutes. When we could not find him at the location we again called him up and waited for him at the corner. He came but he could not take us because by the time he cancelled the trip on his own on our cost. So we had to book again but we had to pay rs 47/- extra as fine without our fault. Same thing happened on 9.11.17 – uber taxi was booked from thane oswal park to fortis hospital vashi. As usual on arrival driver did not call. I was waiting on the road and wasted my 15 minutes to locate him. Then before i could enter he asked me whether i know the location where we were to go. So i asked him why you don’t have gps since i was not aware the route. He said he doesn’t know since he is new. So i asked him why you accepted the booking. And then since i was already late i asked him to cancel the ride and i booked ola auto and rushed. Now further when i want to book new ride it is showing that i have to pay rs.47/- extra then only i will be able to book. In both the cases you will appreciate it was sheer fault of drivers for which customer has to pay. View above, if you take corrective measures then only i will be able to continue your service or else i will have to go for ola etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
