Uber India — i did not cancel the trip, however i was charged cancellation fee.

My driver did not report to the pickup point and i could not connect to him through phone. The uber screen which showed arriving in 4 minutes suddenly went blank and uber home screen appeared. The driver's phone number is [protected] and call was booked at guwahati around 530am on 4th july 2018.
I was charged rs.42 extra on my next uber booking although i did not cancel my trip.
