Uber India — I over charged multiple times due to incorrect routes via gps & there is no support from the customer representatives

I've been travelling on the same route for nearly 2 months now and only use UBER!. The route take was same as the GPS suggested but at near end of the trip it was showing a route for the barapullah flyover which has not be constructed and is not active so we had to take the other route( which I take while travelling with UBER daily), so how can it be an issue? The GPS needs to be perfect, the customer is not going to pay th price of it. And let me inform you the wrong GPS issues specifically with Barapullah flyover has happened a minimum if 16 times and most of your drivers are also aware of it. Kindly fix the routes first.
To this the customer representative have been sending me a same copy pasted response even if I'm countering the things they mention. Why should I pay extra for your mistake.?
