Uber India — I'll behavior and lethargic attitude of driver

I booked an uber pool at 5:50 pm. The expected travel time showed 10 mins and the driver was supposed to reach by 6:05. But when i called the driver. He was unwilling to come and said he is near talkatora stadium. He liked to me. His location was showing shankar road only and he was at just 600 m far from my location. But he befooled me that he will take time to come. Actually his car was at the same location just passing the time. He also refused to come and misbehaved with me. I want a strict action against this man. Worst driver ever
