Uber India — incorrect fare charge

I took an uber pool cab from dwarka sector 21 to my location, chhawla. It was showing a fare of rs 59 as the distance is less than 7 km. There was another guy with me whose destination was nearby bajghera (Gurgaon) which is 5-6 km from my location. I booked the cab first but the driver told me that the other guy has booked the cab first so i'll drop him first. So we went to gurgaon first. Also that guy didn't know the exact location plus the driver took a longer route i. E., from bijwasan so it took approx 50 min to reach us there and the driver told that guy that your fare is rs 99 but it costed me more than that so that guy gave him rs150 i was continuously saying the driver that it was showing that i'll reach at my destination in 15 minutes but you dropped him first. So he asked what's your name and after i told him my name he said i had to drop you first and then my anger was out of control because that 15 minutes journey had already waisted my 50 minutes and i started shouting on driver. After sometime we reached bajghera toll tax here the driver didn't pay the toll but instead he called his relative who probably worked there and settled the toll tax in an unfair way. So it took us 5-10 min only at toll tax. Finally when i reached my destination after 1 hour 15 min he told me that it was showing a fare of rs 445.53 and i replied are you mad you already wasted my 1 hour and also even the micro cab was showing around rs 90 so how can you say that. He replied that may be it was your previous fare. As i was already getting late so i just gave him rs 60 and went to my home. Now in uber app it was showing that my previous left balance is 385.53 approx. I already filed complaint but no action has been taken. Please help me.

Hi i am balu.i had an offer that costs rs.19.09 but he charged me rs.63.83.he doesn't follow Google's easiest way.drivers name is dickson and his vehicle name is toyota etios.i want my refund.
