Uber India — lost item in the car | |||||
I had left 2 bags and the items are worth more than rs10, 000 in the back seat of the car. I got into the cab (Toyota etios) from kempegowda bangalore airport on 11th december around 7.45 pm. When i reached home the driver hurried me and took off the car quickly. I took all my luggage except these 2 bags. Once i realised after sometime, i immediately called the driver using uber contact (Uber connects the call to the driver), he picked up and acknowledged that there 2 bags with items. He promised that he will give back the bags on 12th december (Which never happened). I called again on 12th december (After numerous attempts) he said by evening he will give. I also gave the description and details to uber, but no response from uber yet. I am surprised that uber is not responding as well. Please help. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
