Uber India — lost smartphone in uber cab - no response from uber | |||||
This is the 4th day since i reported a lost Smartphone (MI 4A Xiomi White color) in a uber cab in Delhi. Vehicle Car number: DL1RTB1885 and the name of the driver -Dharmender, I had left the phone in the back cover of the front passenger seat to charge and while getting off i took all the luggage but forgot the phone lying there at the back cover. it must have slipped inside the cover and could not get my attention. I am now without a phone from last 4 days and Uber has not connected me with the driver. I dont have drivers number otherwise i would have called him directly. why is it taking so long to put me in contact with the driver so i could go and get my phone. There is no direct line to Uber customer care, on App i have raised the request 4 days back and still no response. i have tweeted on their page, sent direct messages multiple times. On twitter they are active in replying yet it seems as the automated response without any human involved because its not doing anything and i am not getting any support. Driver did not come to location and cancelled the trip without information. I was tracking online and called him. Driver said he is coming and while on the phone conversation he cancelled the trip. Destination booked for Sri sri holistic hospital and myself are waiting. We are waiting under sunlight for 10mins and he cancelled the trip.
