Uber India — money paid twice

I’m really disappointed with the service!

On 27 april 2019, i booked an uber and i was trying to pay via paytm but it wasn’t working then, so i paid in cash. And then somehow the issue got resolved and it got paid by paytm too.

So basically i paid twice for a ride.

Since then i’m requesting for help on uber app but i get auto generated replies.

Once i got a call and the person says that she’d be able to refund only 150 uber credits whereas the amount which was paid twice is rs.350. Now how am i supposed to accept 150 when i should get 350.

Then, i also tried to contact uber through messenger but not able to get any positive response from there as well.
