Uber India — multiple payment and no response from uber and driver

On 29th april i took a ride with sanoj (Number associated with the paytm account[protected] from noida sector 62 till shastri nagar ghaziabad. I paid my ride with paytm, as a new user of paytm i was not knowing that uber deduct amount directly so unknowingly i made payment again from my paytm of 298 rs. Driver dint informed me about multiple payment. I called him yesterday and told him to refund the extra payment i made but now he has blocked my number. I also register the matter with uber on 30th april but they haven't taken any action nor replied back. Kindly look into the matter and solve asap.
