I have been using uber for more than a year and my rating is above 4.5. Several months back my account was disabled without giving me any reason. I contacted uber support regarding this but no specific reason whatsoever was given. I was told to wait. Its been more than 3 months now and their response hasn't changed. I am simply asking for an explanation or a way to resolve this situation. When i ran out of patience, i asked to delete my uber account to remove my data from services i'm not using and uber even denied that.
I can't understand uber unresonablitity.
Either provide me with a reason or a way to resolve this. If neither of them is acceptable i don't wish to avail uber services. So, delete my data frm uber servers.
