My self Tarun Sain abd I was booked a ride last night 24.06.2017 after that my journey completed than driver's mobile not working properly and he just stopped to me for fare. I was saying that please take tha fare extra which was 67.99 Rs. But He was saying please solve it out becouse i dont know about tge systems..Finally after complete my ride than i was in uber car due to network issue with 45 minutes in tha car for the fare..Driver charged from me 125 Rs. Instead of 67.99 Rs..this is not mt fault that drivers nobile not working and no application working whatever...Please suggest me that Why i bear for extra Charges when i comleted my journey with Rs 67.99..why i bear around Rs 60 extra..I want refund..otherwise i dont want further bever use uber ride and dont should to says to my cleague fir uber...its veri irritating ride..
Please solve out and explain this matter otherwise i esclate this matter to seniour manager...
