Uber India — non refund of money

I have sent amount of rs. 10, 000 to uber india ([protected]@axisbank) account through upi from my upi id [protected]@paytm by mistake.
I needed to send this amount to some other account but unfortunately, due to my app issue it is transferred to uber india account. It is debited from bank account and transaction was successful. I have checked with bank also and they said that transaction was completely successful.
I was keep following up with uber but they are not resolving my query. Today they have called me and said that they can't see any transaction in their statement, so they can't refund. How is it possible that the same transaction is showing in my bank statement and not showing in their statement. It is a big amount for me and i want my money back.
They are refusing to refund my money. This is the new way of earning by doing fraud.

Uber are doing fraud and i would not let that happened.
