Uber India — not able to book a cab through app

Hi,

Whenever i go for booking cab thru app it will take me pay first rs 640.45+ which is already paid in cash in my last trip on june 1st 2017.

Facing this problem from last few months and it is already brought to uber customer care and still not resolved.

Can you please check and resolve and confirm to me immediately.
