I take uber for my corporate trips. But since i do not get ride receipts on email, the company has refused to reimburse. While i was trying to update my email address, it shows that the account is already on use. It also shows phone number is verified. As i have forgotten my password, i was trying to recover the account. But i m not getting any otp. It shows my number is invalid when i tried to login through my phone number. Then how is it showing that my number is valid??
I tried validating my phone number again. Then it gave an otp. But while password recovery, i am not getting otp sms. Was this information helpful? |
