UBER is holding Rs.2100 of my PAYTM money for the last 3 days. Rs.350 x 6 transactions!! This is over and above all the fare money that has been deducted from PAYTM for UBER. WHY IS MY MONEY ON HOLD? I WANTED TO TRANSACT ON MY PAYTM ACCOUNT FOR AN URGENT NEED BUT COULD NOT DESPITE HAVING SUFFICIENT MONEY BALANCE IN PAYTM!!

Today i booked uber from borivali to Dadar hindmata at 1:13pm, the fare was showing Rs.489 and when the cab reached the destination i had to pay Rs.708 as the driver said thats the amount showing in his uber system. This is fraud which happend to me today. Really disappointed by the service uber provided. Very bad experience, never expected this from uber. Dont remember the cab no but drivers name was Saddam.
