I was overcharged on my cash trip because driver took the longer route than that displayed by gps. The trip details are thursday 8:52pm.
I contacted uber supoort. No one resolved my query fro 2 days and then yesterday i told them i am filing complaint so they said that this is because the driver took the longer route. I don't see nay fault of mine to pay larger amount for the ride. I tis driver's mistake. He should be penalized. Instead fraud uber company is penalizing me. I want a refund and also compensation for their unprofessional behavior of not responding to customer's messages. This is their customer service in which they don't respond to the customer's messages/..
