[Resolved] Uber India — overcharged by driver | |
On 18 may 18 i took a ride from kharar to vip road zirakpur.. My driver name was parminder. My fare was showing 180 rs nd drive took 365 rs for that ride.. I wrote to uber but they are no resolving my issue.. I have all the details and call recordings with driver.. 1st he said i will return the money in 30 mins fter that he sid in the morning and then he said i will not return the money. I paid thru paytm bcoz i was not having much cash in my pocket. I was hving only 200rs at that time bcoz i thought 180 is the fare. Details attached. Please look into the matter.

I have running uber account. I lost my password and now they are not able to reset my account. I am contacting the over 2 months time but my problem did not solved
