I have paid Rs. 728 to your driver, Nagaraj, by PAYTM. Proof of the same is attached for your quick reference (UBER 2.png).
I have asked the driver to close the ride when i get down the vehicle. He said he couldn't close due to technical issues and asked me to pay whatever the amount appearing in UBER APP. I have paid as i have no option (I can't argue with your driver for the technical glitches). I have observed that the trip is closed after few minutes and amount is debited from my PAYTM account. I have called him at 12.54 am and informed him about debit and asked him to refund my money. He said he will check and call back. He called me back at 12.57 am and asked me to complain to UBER and he will not refund the money. Proof is attached for reference (UBER 1.png).
I have lodged a complaint to UBER after that.
Uber replied saying Rs. 300 is credited to my account. I have paid Rs. 728 and UBER is offering Rs. 300 is not acceptable. There is no mistake of mine as driver couldn't close the trip due to technical issues. I should not be penalized because your technical issues. You can ask check with driver and arrange for refund of Rs. 728 i have paid. Moreover, your driver said that the trip is only cash trip as per the information available in his app.
