Uber India — paid for a trip, but on the app it still shows as outstanding

I had taken a trip from miraroad to jogeshwari west on 9 april 2019, at 1:36pm.

On reaching the desitinatio, i had paid the driver 300₹ (Trip charge was ₹290). When i did not receive a message from uber syaing the trip was paid for, i asked the driver and he said that tgere was issue with his phone and hence was not able do it, but assured me that it will be done.

Same night i wanted to book an uber back to mira toad, the app would not allow me as it says there is a pending charge!!! How
Can it be pending, when i have paid cash for it???!

Please assisit in resolving this asap
