Uber India — pathetic service & response from uber | |||
I had purchased a uber go pass in bangalore (15 rides in 30 days - ₹99 pass) by paying 200₹. On just my 3rd ride on go paas (From vignan nagar to whitefield) on 14th november'17, it showed in the beginning of my trip that as due to go pass i only had to pay rs 99. However, when the trip ended, to my surprise, ₹224 was deducted from my paytm. I immediately registered a complain and asked for a refund. In response, uber help came back saying "it was a gps error, due to which i've been overcharged and they regret the inconvenience and they"appreciate"my understanding." But no refund was done by uber. I tried contacting them again, but now with no response. I am a regular commuter in uber. And after these, they are not even apologetic and neither they're doing the refund. I want to know why??? Why they're not respondind and not taking responsibility nd not giving me refund. You can not ask customer to "buy" a pass and then not let them avail showing some stupid technical glitch. Absolutely terrible. Uber is looting it's customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
