Uber India — payment made in cash for trip but it is showing pending

I have booked a taxi by Uber APP from my mobile on 9th July, 2018 morning from DDU marg to T3 terminal, Delhi Airport. After completing the trip I paid the amount in cash to the Driver. After one month when I returned from abroad I try to book the taxi from Uber APP. To my surprise the payment for 9th July trip was showing pending against me. After that I was not able to book the Uber taxi. How to approach the Uber as there is no helpline number.
