How can you make penalty to me. I spoke with driver after car booked. Then there is no car. Movement in your uber map and driver switched off his mobile. I tried 6 times to get him in mobile and failed. Then only i had cancelled the booking. I troubled by your driver. Kindly provide a facility in your app to make a complaints, during cancellation. We unable to provide our views in such cases.12th april 2018 i have sent a mail to you. But till now no action in this regards. During uber booking, everytime penalty showing and unable to book car.
