I took a trip on 14th april and due to their fluctuation issue the driver could not locate my proper location and due to this my 3 trips were cancelled and i had to wait for almost 40 mins with my 1 yr daughter and mother in law, i was penalised a sum of 47rs. For cancellation and the driver overcharged that amount to me since i cancelled the last trip after 40 mins and booked uber again. I complained about this to uber customer service on 16th april and informed them about the issue, after complaining i was informed that a reversal has been made and it would reflect my uber receipts which has yet not happened. I have been complaining about this several times but no one bothers to reply. It is not a matter of rs47 but about the cheating these guys are doing with their customers. Now i am demanding not about the reversal but also a compensation for me for waiting with my old mother in law and 1 year daughter and so much harassment after that.
Most pathetic customer service ever seen.
