[Resolved] Uber India — received uber credit and app asking to pay the same again in new trip | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, Uber credit received from Uber India amounting to INR 47.25 for a cancelled trip from Sudarshan Bldg, Ghatkopar West to Prarthana Samaj road, Vile Parle East as driver and I could not connect. Drivers cell phone was switched off and also waiting time was 13 mins. Uber credits are not getting applied on upcoming trip for payment in cash and Uber App is asking me to pay the amount of INR 47.25 in cash again to the driver o[censored]pcoming trip. Surprised to know, why do I have to pay the Uber credit amount again in the upcoming trip when the same is already credited to my account? Please help to resolve this matter asap..Seems Uber is trying to earn through Cancellation fees already credited. Was this information helpful? | |||||
