Uber India — refund of cancellation fee(reckless behavior of driver)

I requested Ubergo on 26 July 2018 around 2.30 am from Indira Gandhi international airport terminal 1D departure. I called multiple times to the driver to reach the destination but he didn't pick up the call. Though he picked up once, he disconnected after hearing the destination place to be reached. Please I request a refund of cancellation fee for cab.
