Uber India — refund of driver non reporting

My name gulzar singh from usa. Booked a shared cab on january 24 from karol bagh metro station to home but the driver never met and cancelled the booking himself. Uber charged me arbitrarily rs.42/- which i paid today in my trip from home to tilak nagar. I request uber to refund immediately rs.42/-.
