I have booked uber on 01.11.18 for journey on 03.11.18 12.20 p. M.
On 03.11.18 first the driver cancel the trip after 15 minutes. When booked again on 03.11.18 driver switch off the mobile and cancelled after that. I was travelling to mumbai central from vashi. My train was around 2.20 p. M.. So sufficient time was there to catch the train. But due to unprofessional behavior of the driver i missed my train and i had to book a flight entire incident cost me rs 6000/- extra
I need a refund of the extra rs 6000/- incurred due to this incident. Was this information helpful? |
