Uber India — regarding extra money took by uber and also time

I booked an uber around 5 pm first i book an auto and it consume 15mins and then when it didn't come i booked a cab the cab driver keep telling that he will be there in our pickup location in 5 min and he didn't for 40 min we called him multiple times and he always told us that he will be there in 5 mins and after all this time he cancelled the trip and we had our movie planned at 5:20 then we have to take an auto by auto stand and by the time we reach there first half is already gone we need refund for our movie loss.

Once the movie is finished i again book an uber it showed 94 rupee (If paid by paytm) but by the end of the trip 166 rupee duducted from my paytm account. I need refund for this as well. When we cancel a ride uber charge a certain money from us. I want the same for the extra money they took from us and the amount of time i lost.

And we also tried to reach uber by using there help section in uber app but we didn't got any response from them. So please try to make them give our movie money (Rs 790) as well as the extra amount (Rs 166-94=72) they took from us and it's total is rs 862 and we need compensation amount for our mental stress.

I have came to my home from NH24 by my own vehicle then suddenly he took a sharp turn slightly right from my car due to this there is a 100% chance arises for brutual accident so it my request to you that please take an strict action against him.
