Uber India — regarding refund

Hi, on 15-2-18 I booked a cab for a drop in saravana stores chennai purasaiwalkam and my account credits have been applied for payment and when I asked driver he told its a cash payment and I paid Rs 53 and I again booked a cab for return from same place to home and again credits have been applied as well as a promo code for discount of Rs 50 but at the end of the trip he asked for Rs 135 when I asked that I have applied credits he told me its a cash payment and even his screen also showed Rs 135. So when I checked the receipt both have been deducted from my credits.When asked for refund from Uber they are telling that I should pay the amount shown in the drivers screen and the amount paid other than that is considered as out of system and they refund.How come they can tell its out of system when I am getting a correct receipt with all the deductions driver should also get same right. When driver is not getting a correct fare details its their mistake only.I am asking for my money and not anyone else.So I kindly request you to help me to resolve this issue by getting me a refund of Rs 53 for 1st trip and Rs 135 for second one.please help me. Thank you
