Uber India — Regarding trip fare | |||||
Hi I am always happy to travel with your service. I am glade to give a remarkable feedback or 5 star points to all your driver who serves for this said organization. But today this time m sorry to say that i am really offended or dissatisfied with this person. I was in Delhi using your service continuously for last two days taking a routine destination from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajendra Place to Nobel Medicine, Janakpuri. Money is not a big issue...previous journey was too good as the driver take a shorter distance for me as i was not physically fit these days. But today this guy take a route for the sack of money even after i am requested as m not feeling well. Please don't take this as a complaint but as a well wisher for this orgsnization i just request you kindly take the issue seriously for those persons who come to another location/ place for some purpose. This is in regard to a booking made on 14 Jan 2017. A charge of Rs.50 was deducted from my paytm account. The driver did not show up and did not pick up my calls too. And this charge was made. Subsequently, I made another booking immediately and it was fine. Need refund for rs.50.
