Uber India — repeatedly unfair charges

1. One of the driver lied saying that he has changed the payment method and took payment in cash while after he left i still had to pay outstanding payment using card.

2. Another incident i chose uberpool for one destination, when driver said there is too much traffic and dropped in different location; for this uber charged me fare for ubergo instead of pool.

When you report these issues to them they just send an automated hollow apology message and take no action.
