Uber India — ride amount debited from paytm and also I paid after trip ( need to refund)

Uber has very poor services. I chosen payment method as paytm, but after completion of trip, driver has taken cash of Rs.333 from me. N also amount has deducted from paytm account . PFA the paytm receipt. After the issue, driver has not pick for long time and later he says he is not driver(cab-indica, TS08UA4946, phone number: [protected], Shekar)
