Had scheduled a cab at 7:30. Cab driver cancelled it at 7:40. New cab was 20 mins away which was a too long wait hence cancelled it. Then booked another cab which took 20 minutes again. When the cab was 1 minute away, the driver constantly called asking for drop location. Finally when we told he cancelled the cab immediately. Then there was no cab available and due to this drama it created unnecessary havoc - (Personal). There is a reason why cabs are scheduled. Uber is just using the customer’s to theirs advantage.
