Uber India — service incomplete and driver rude attitude

Dear team, i booked ubder cab on 25 dec 2017 around 12 pm for my wife and kid. Driver taken short cust based on the app route and that road is under construction instead taking another rute driver forced my family to get down on main road with rude attitude. Ubder not responding to my complients. Request to protect interests of the citizens. Thank you
