Uber India — taken the estimated amount and not refund the balance once bill generated

Since there was a network issue in uber app it cannot generated the uber final payment and taken the estimated amount which was higher after reporting the issue to uber they are not ready to refund the extra amount
This is ridiculous i have given my hard earned money which they are ignoring
