Dear sir / madam,
This morning i tried to book uber share and i found the fares were much higher and hence decided to book an auto. When i tried to book an auto, it went on rotating saying "finding your trip" for more than 10 minutes and could not end booking an auto for me. Hence i had to cancel this particular booking and started booking again for an auto. This also went on rotating saying "finding your trip" and did not end at all. Like this i had to cancel four or five times, i suppose. And finally i thought i would book a car on share and when i tried, i got the message saying "oops. Too many cancellations, try booking later" here i would like to know is it my fault that i did cancellations just because i could not book an auto for me? It is purely the fault o[censored]ber and not mine at all.. Kindly rectify this type of things so that we would have peaceful mornings with the bookings with uber, be it be an auto or share care.
