Uber India — toll amount paid by me and same added in fare extra charges

I paid toll amount on request from driver while i was traveling from majestic to electronic city in uber on tuesday[protected]

Same fare is included in the receipt. I have approached help in app. However, uber customer care team is denying to refund extra amount charged and not responding.
