Uber India — trip cancellation issues from driver | |||||
Today (30/07/2018- monday) about 2'o clock i booked cab from tambaram to chrompet, chennai. Driver name balaji maruti suzuki swift cab number tn05ba1181 and he was in another trip to drop a customer near vandalur but still he has accepted my booking when i contact him he dint respond properly and he said me to cancel the booking that he want to drop a customer near vandalur. I request him to cancel my booking and refuse that he already has so many cancellation and also he get penalty charges. This is second time i am facing same issue with uber cab drivers and finally i only cancelled my booking and i also charged penalty for your driver careless mistake. Please ensure that charges has been removed from your end. Kindly take a step against cab driver. Thanking you advanced. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had booked for auto and driver picked the call after accepting the trip. He asked drop place and said that he will come and then cancelled the trip. It is night and it is hard to get the cabs or autos first of all and if this is the case upon that, how to trust your company! I again had to book another auto. What if it's emergency?

I will not pay the cancel amount for ride because the driver ph was switch off and we wait for a long time

I had booked the uber share and the charge shown was 171rs. I dropped off earlier and I was charged rs.220 which is ridiculous. Uber is looting the customers.
