I took a uber rental ride on 21st-July. I made the cash payment of Rs 1894 as it was showing up in Driver's app.
However I didn't get receipt for same. Later I found on the app it was showing trip cancelled. after few days I raised a complaint with Uber support team. Finally They generated receipt of Rs 1852 but:
(1) it doesn't show the route and duration of my travelled. It just shows ride of 5 mins when Driver came to pick me at the beginning of the trip.
(2) Receipt also shows payment status as "failed". Hence the receipt is invalid.
(3) Receipt also shows message that "Your driver reported that you didn't pay the full amount. Rs 1852 will be deducted in your next trip". On this point after following up with Uber they mentioned amt was paid correctly and it will Not be charged in next trip. But message is still there. Hence for me the receipt is still invalid.
All I am asking for is correct receipt (with route & duration I travelled and correct amount). Even after so many follow ups Uber is not able to produce the valid receipt of my travel. Was this information helpful? |
