Uber India — uber cab driver complaint | |||||
On 9.11.2017 uber cab was booked by one madam richa for me to travel from jindal nagar (Bangalore-560073) to sub-registrar, ganga nagar, bangalore. I received message on my mobile that "the fare will be charged to richa at the end of your trip." the fare was supposed to be charged from richa's a/c by uber (Who had pytm credit with uber) and driver should not have charged, but despite showing the above msg to the driver, he did not accept it and charged rs.238/- from me also. The driver's name is ravisha, ph: [protected], vehicle no. Ka04aa 1824. The driver is from around chikabidrakkallu, jindal nagar, bangalore north, pin-560073 area. Please ask the driver to refund the amount of rs.238/-, he has illegally charged, to me. (When telephoned today (23.11.17) at 2:05 pm, first he accepted that he had taken me in his cab from jindal nagar to sub-registrar, ganga nagar, but when asked about the double taxi charge matter, he disconnected the phone saying 'may be some other driver'.
