Uber India — uber cancellation

In my family we all prefer uber. I have booked an uber at 6.17 on 18th july 2017. I have waited till 6.50 and the driver cancelled the uber. I had planned a movie with my mom, grandmother and grandfather. I missed my film and i had drop the whole plan. He came near my home, when i called him, he disconnected the call and cancelled the trip. One of my family member had experienced the same. I giving his number for further clarification[protected].
