Uber India — uber driver run away with my bag and wallet

Ear sir,
I would like to narrate my recent experience with uber while in india.
On 22 march i registered with uber (Code 9602). On 25th match i have ordered a car from pune to mumbai international airport to return to london. The car was supposed to come within 2 minutes as per uber app, but it took a good 15 minutes before arriving. Apart from reckless driving in the highway, i was asked by driver to pay 230 rupees and another 35 rupees for toll roads that i think was unjustified and i was not informed of prior. I had to pay for driver's meal on the way to airport and eventually when we reached mumbai international airport, i searched the car to see if anything left behind and found my lap top mouse falling on the floor due to excessive jolting and shaking of the car along the way. I actually advised the driver that he should ensure passenger's item is not left behind, i then paid him in cash but since he did not have change to pay me the rest of money, i tipped him for the change. I then proceeded and offloaded my hold luggage and cabin baggage and when tuned back to retrieve my laptop bag from rear seat with the door still open, i have noticed that the driver simply shut the door within an split second and sped away. My running after the car did not help as everything happened within seconds. I was sill thinking that was a mistake from driver's part, so called his mobile directly but he did not answer. I also called him from 10 pm of 25 march until after 1 am of 26th march through uber app more than a dozen times and also sent more than a dozen message though uber app unfortunately to no avail. When i threatened the driver over the sms that i shall call the police, he responded and said he shall leave my bag including wallet (Substantial cash in inr and gbp, credit and debit cards, driving license) and my expensive 1100 gbp lap top recently purchased plus some books with uber pune. I have finally received an email that there might be bag belonging to me and that i could come and collect it from uber pune office. My request as to confirm content of bag still remained unanswered.
During the past week, i have sent several emails to uber (They only have non monitored email address with no phone number that you can reach and are extremely slow in responding as i have received only one vague email from a person named ganni o[censored]ber pune not addressing my concerns and request as you see through attached email. All my other emails were bounced back as uber does not have an email for communication not a telephone number where you can reach them. Furthermore, in case of emergency, they would not do anything for first 24 hours which is unreasonable considering the nature of their work.
Presently i am in london and have no idea if the contents of my bag were stolen or not and how i am going to retrieve them. It is needless to say that i am facing extreme discomfort as i had to cancel all my debit and credit cards, driving license and sensitive information i had within my lap top.
I thought i would share my story with your reader and also here in london with friends and newspapers so they should be aware of danger o[censored]sing the uber and the hidden cost and level of service they actually provide.
I am enclosing a copy of my passport and communication with uber as proof.
Update: until today 25th april 2018, i have sent numerous emails and messages to uber requesting an email and phone number so that i could arrange a courier to pick up my belongings and hand over to my london address but alas never received an answer.

I'm very disappointed with uber service, 2 days back, I travel from Airport to New Delhi, I give 1000 rupess to driver my bill six hundred so the driver was not give me balance amount to me, I already Complaint to uber but no solution coming from uber
