I have been using uber for more than a year now and i have never faced so much problem ever. Today in one day, i had two bad rides. I got charged twice today for no fault of mine. 1st time the driver filled with his app and after driving for 2 mins cut the trip. I was charged 50 rupees and i complained but no one has called me. The second time this evening one driver used rude and abusive words in the local language becoz he crossed the pickup location and went and when i asked him to come back he started abusing and started on trip. When i asked him how he has added on trip when i didnt take the cab at all. Hhe started abusing. This is pathetic. I want to sue you people.
