Uber India — uber eats complaint not resolved

Order#902ad i ordered food, raised many complaints to resolve the issue, no proper response, they have delivered burnt food, delivery is late, from 1 week raised around 30 complaints on their platform but there is no resolution, they are closing the ticket without my permission, kindly black this kind of apps nowhere helpful for anybody. Expecting a reply after this complaint
