[Resolved]  Uber India — uber eats didn't deliver still deducted money

I have ordered food from uber eats on 25 november around 2:30 before their app/service become unavailable which is at 3 am. My order has been placed and carried by delivery partner from restaurant to my address between this time uber services went offline and my contact with delivery partner cut down. After an hour waiting i got mail that my order got canceled and money is deducted from by paytm account.

Driver acknowledged found my bag with power bank but not returning nor cooperating to return. made a complaint in uber app atleast 30 times no response.
